The ParkTowne Industrial Center industrial park is part of one of the largest contiguous Industrial zoned areas in Volusia County. The industrial park is approximately 342 +/- acres designed to provide industrial parcels to support manufacturing, distribution and space related jobs.

ACCESS:
In 2019, W. Park Avenue construction project to provide 3 lanes of traffic from Dale Street to Old Mission Road was completed. The intersection of Old Mission Road was also widened to ease the turning radius for large trucks headed for I-95. This project was a public private partnership between the City, County and private property owner; proving that the commitment that the community shares to support manufacturing in Edgewater is undeniable.
PLANNING:
Through efficient planning & zoning the City of Edgewater has set land aside to reduce the cost of per/business expense for infrastructure. This includes roadways, water retention and many other facets of business expansion. PHASE 2: Space Coast Commerce Park located in ParkTowne Industrial Center.
Onicx Group has purchased the property that is designated as Phase 2, which encompasses 83 +/- acres in ParkTowne with plans on building 1 million square feet of industrial speculative space.
During the October 2, 2023, The City Council approved the entitlements for the first 27 acres to begin the first phase of the project.
