Planning & Zoning

We are in the process of updating our forms to be ADA Compliant.

The Planning and Zoning Division is the branch of Development Services responsible for both long range and short range planning functions. This department maintains and updates the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.  

Applicants are required to meet with a Planner prior to application submittal. Applicants wishing to submit requests for Site Plan Review, Subdivision Review, Annexation, and /or Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map Amendments are required to attend a pre-application meeting with the City's Technical Review Committee.  Pre-application meetings are held in the afternoon on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
