Michael C. Michalski, president of MCS Strategies, will bring a national perspective in highlighting the opportunities available in FTZ #198, encompassing Volusia and Flagler counties. Mr. Michalski has presented and moderated national conferences for groups such as the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones, the International City Management Association and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has worked extensively with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency in numerous ports throughout the Unites States.
