KPI Fleet Maintenance Q3

 

KPIs or key performance indicators, are quantifiable measures of performance over time for a specific objective to pursue continuous improvement. Our specific KPIs provide targets for our teams to shoot for, milestones to gauge progress, and insights that help us make better operational decisions.

The Fleet Maintenance Division accomplished 262 repair orders during the Quarter. Applying a Prato analysis to the total repair orders, Refuse, Police, Stormwater, Fire, Wastewater Collections and Field Operations contributed 210 repair orders or~80% of the total. This is shown in the graph. The graph also shows the total fleet repair orders for each group.
