Field Operations Division

KPIs or key performance indicators, are quantifiable measures of performance over time for a specific objective to pursue continuous improvement. Our specific KPIs provide targets for our teams to shoot for, milestones to gauge progress, and insights that help us make better operational decisions.

The first graph above shows several KPIs. These include 95 new water connections, 55 new reclaimed water connections, and 91 new sewer connections. The Division completed 575 water meter change-outs, this is a 46% increase in the number of change-outs as compared to the previous Quarter of this year. During the Quarter, the Division also tested 235 backflow devices. The second graph shows the monthly totals for water meter change-outs and the third graph shows the monthly totals for backflow devices tested.
