The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a consultant with the capability to provide a variety of professional services. The City reserves the right to utilize other engineering consultants from time to time.
The selected firm(s) will be responsible for reviewing existing City of Edgewater Codes, Resolutions/ Ordinances and all applicable State of Florida Codes as well as incorporating the information into complete construction documents including final construction plans (working drawings), technical specifications, construction estimates and related bid documents necessary for the bidding and construction of projects. The City reserves the right to utilize the firm as design/inspect or inspection service only.
