District 4

Councilman Eric Rainbird was elected during a Special Election in 2025, to serve as the representative of District 4.  He has lived in Edgewater since 2005, currently in the San Remo subdivision with his wife, Michelle. Councilman Rainbird is also fortunate enough to have his son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters living nearby. He has worked for CVS as an IT technician since 2016 and has been a DJ at most of the Social Clubs in the area for 20 years. Councilman Rainbird has been active at the American Legion Post 285 Edgewater, AMVETS Post 2 Edgewater as well as VFW Post 4250 in New Smyrna Beach.  Councilman Rainbird has stated “I absolutely love Edgewater. I plan on being here for the rest of my life, Edgewater is my forever home, I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
