Councilwoman Dolbow was elected in 2022 to serve as the representative of District 3. She was born and raised on a working farm in South Jersey. After graduating from high school she served in the United States Air Force for six years. Councilwoman Dolbow has been married to her husband, Dennis, for 35 years. They have four grown children; and three grandchildren.
Councilwoman Dolbow and her husband have been self-employed in the restaurant industry for the past 35 years-opening and operating 9 successful small businesses (two in Edgewater). She also taught in Volusia County for 12 years, including 7 years teaching at Discovery Academy in Edgewater.
She and her husband fell in love with Edgewater - its location to the Intracoastal Waterway and all that it offers. The sense of community they felt led them to decide to make this their home in 2005.
