Park Reservation Request Form

To request a reservation for a pavilion or gazebo in a City of Edgewater park, complete the form below. 

Once your request has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation and then payment can be made at:  City Hall, 104 N. Riverside Drive, Edgewater, FL 32132.

By completing and paying for a park reservation, you agree to abide by all City of Edgewater ordinances and park rules and you acknowledge that refunds are not available.
